Furniture Industry — Tripoli, Libya

We manufacture the interiors other factories decline

Arts Group builds contract furniture and architectural joinery at industrial volume — curved café counters, full-floor workplace systems, retail casegoods — cut on CNC lines, finished in-house, and loaded into containers for delivery worldwide.

Design intent in. Sealed containers out.

14,000 m² production facility
4,800 panels processed weekly
40 FT container-load export standard
100% production under one roof

Who we supply

Main contractors, fit-out companies, developers, hospitality groups and furniture wholesalers.

Built for buyers who are judged on delivery dates

Most furniture suppliers can quote. Fewer can hold a programme when a hotel opening moves forward by three weeks or a tender adds a second floor. Arts Group was structured for that pressure: our own panel processing, our own finishing lines, our own assembly floor, and a scheduling model that reserves capacity against signed supply agreements rather than hopeful forecasts.

Every order is engineered before it is cut. Architectural drawings are converted into production shop drawings, materials are booked against a bill of quantities, and each batch carries a traceable job number from panel intake through to the packing list on the container door.

Manufacturing fields

Six production lines, one job number

Nothing is subcontracted out of sight. Each line below runs inside our facility, which is why a change ordered on Monday can reach the finishing booth the same week.

01

CNC panel processing & nesting

Nested optimisation on full 2440 × 1220 mm sheets, holding cutting tolerance to ±0.2 mm and pushing material yield above 92% on repeat runs.

02

Edge banding & profiling

PVC and ABS banding from 0.45 to 2.0 mm, laser-effect zero-joint on premium contracts, plus post-formed and softformed profiles for curved work.

03

Solid wood milling

Kiln-dried beech, oak and walnut milled for frames, legs, slat screens and counter edges — the structural members that decide whether commercial furniture survives year three.

04

Veneer & laminate pressing

Hot-press lamination of natural veneer, HPL and compact grade onto MDF and blockboard substrates, with grain matching across joined panel runs.

05

Finishing & spray

Dust-controlled booths applying 2K polyurethane, matt and satin lacquers, and stain systems matched to an approved sample panel rather than a screen colour.

06

Assembly, dry-fit & export packing

Large assemblies are dry-fitted on the factory floor, photographed against the drawing, then knocked down, labelled and packed for container transit.

Precision at volume

A tolerance you can specify in a contract

Panel dimensions, squareness, edge adhesion and hardware alignment are checked against a written inspection sheet at every stage — not eyeballed at the loading door.

Terms written for international buyers

Framework supply agreements, staged payment against verified milestones, export-grade packing and documented container loading. You are buying a schedule and a set of documents as much as you are buying furniture.

  • Framework agreements with reserved monthly capacity
  • Irrevocable L/C at sight, or staged T/T against inspection
  • Full export documentation: packing list, invoice, certificate of origin
  • Loading photographs and container seal numbers issued before departure
  • FOB, CFR and CIF quoted on request

Start a supply conversation

Send the drawings. We will send the schedule.

Share a bill of quantities, an architectural layout or a sample specification and our engineering desk will return a costed production plan with realistic dates.
